This famous shop in Arona has been run by the Guffanti family since 1876, who still make their own cheeses. Their sons Giovanni and Davide represent the fourth and fifth generations.
They lead the entire company and take care of the careful process of researching and selecting the cheeses.
The company has become the landmarks for consumers looking for traditional artisan cheeses, in an ever-expanding geographical area that now stretches across Italy, part of Europe and other countries outside of Europe.
